Bob’s progressive Fitness Program has been designed to incorporate and affect all the main components of physical fitness – Aerobic Power, Muscle Strength, Muscle Endurance and Flexibility – which are the most vital element of total fitness.

The Fitness Program Package

Bob’s Fitness Program comes in the format of an A4 size high quality book containing easy to read segments and helpful hints with audio CDs attached. A Fitness Assessment profile comes with The Program.

How it works

The Program is structured into 4 Progressive Stages. Each Stage is approx. 30 minutes duration and begins with an introduction with a content overview followed by 2 large photos displayed on each page clearly demonstrating each exercise – front view, side view – which you can practice until you become familiar with their names and how to do them. It’s like learning to dance, once you know the steps, the rest is easy.

The exercise routines are a combination of Aerobic and Resistance exercises set to music with instruction using mostly your own body weight gradually working up to a level you want and at a pace you control. You can start introducing any type of fitness equipment when and if you want. It’s your choice!

Adapt the Program

Although Bob’s Program was originally based around using a Rebounder any aerobic application like cycling, walking, jogging, swimming, skipping can be used in the Aerobic segments. Hand and Ankle weights are recommended when using a Rebounder to increase your intensity and level of strength and stamina as you progress through each Stage. Weight machines can be substituted in many parts of the exercise routines and Home Fitness Equipment will come alive.
