Once you learn the Stage you are working on, it is so easy to go to your club, select a piece of equipment that will substitute for the component or exercise in Bob’s workout and start your workout. Results will show much faster and you will flow through your workout like a professional.

If someone is using a piece of equipment you wish to use, you simply and quickly substitute free weights or Resistance machines. Any Aerobic machine can be used in the workout. You will never again have to wait or spend needless amounts of time on machines that only give you back very limited return for your time and effort.
