Susan has been doing Bob’s Program regularly for over 18 years, so who better qualified to give a woman’s perspective and comments?

Susan talks about her experience:

“I was a serious amateur swimmer and was always a sporty person before I met Bob. When I met him in the 80′s I was a fully fledged ‘aerobic junkie’ doing all the high power classes in the gym. I remember being very erratic and always felt that when I had no pain there was no gain and always supporting injuries.”

“Even when I got married to Bob I did not start his Program right away as I felt it wouldn’t suit me, it looked too easy. But after I gave birth to our first child and got very busy with work I started to feel, for the first time in my life, unfit! So Bob told me to try his Program.”

“I did Stage 1 consistently 3-4 times per week for about a month and one day I woke up and said to Bob “your program really works!”. Being able to do Bob’s workouts at home has not only relieved me of so much stress, but allows me more time to myself. I like to jog but usually keep to a minimum on the treadmill because my hips and knees cannot handle the jarring on hard surfaces, but I found that I always end up back doing the Program. I found that even though I may get a great aerobic hit from running, my neck, back and the rest of my body starts getting aches and pain then weakness starts setting in. I put less time and effort into the Program and I get so much more back from it following Bob’s formula of exercises.”

“As soon as I get back on the rebounder, combining light hand and ankle weights doing Bob’s Program my whole body feels good and strong again. It’s like magic.”

“My friends and I go to each other’s homes and doing the Program enables us to exercise in the safety, privacy, comfort, convenience, non-competitive, non-confrontational environment, plus it allows us more quality time with each other and our families. Less stress all around and that’s a good thing for any woman. It sure beats risking life and limb jogging around the street.”
